Recipe
1. Make the Meatballs
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, Charred TM Spice, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
Roll into small balls.
2. Brown the Meatballs
Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the meatballs on all sides until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
In the same pan, add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Add crushed tomatoes, Charred TM Spice, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.
4. Simmer Meatballs in Sauce
Add the meatballs to the sauce. Cover and simmer on low for 25–30 minutes.
5. Cook the Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
6. Serve
Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
