TM Ransom Stir-fry
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups stir-fry vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 2 cups Rice
Sauce:
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Tm Spice Ransom
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the sauce – Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Cook the chicken – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry vegetables – Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Toss in bell peppers and stir-fry vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine everything – Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.

Garnish and serve – Sprinkle green onions and cashews on top. Serve hot over rice or noodles
