TM Ransom Stir-fry

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups stir-fry vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • 2 cups Rice

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Tm Spice Ransom
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the sauce – Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Cook the chicken – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables – Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Toss in bell peppers and stir-fry vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Combine everything – Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
  5. Garnish and serve – Sprinkle green onions and cashews on top. Serve hot over rice or noodles

Note: All Tm Spice flavours taste great! adjust to your liking!
